1. Provider

2. Contract and fees

These terms cover the website and property-management services for landlords. Service scope, price, payment terms and duration are disclosed before you accept. Fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Consumer information follows Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12 May 1991.

3. Owner obligations

• Accurate ownership details and updates.
• State registration of rental activity and payment of taxes.
• Compliance with fire, gas, electrical and sanitation safety rules.
• Building rules, permits and homeowner association requirements.
• Insurance where required by law.

4. Advertising

Listings, occupancy and income claims must be accurate and substantiated under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 3 July 1996.

5. Complaints

Write to contact@zyrostia.com or call +380 979 981 2621. We reply within 30 days. Statutory rights are unaffected; you may contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' dated 12 May 1991.

6. Liability

We are liable for direct loss caused by our fault. Indirect loss and lost profit are excluded except where exclusion is prohibited by law.

7. Privacy

Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine No. 3798-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 20 November 2023; see the Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.
